English Directions
The EHDC clubhouse is located in our private compound on the lake at Gaasperplas, 10 Km South-East of Amsterdam.

By Public Transport/Bicycle:
From Centraal Station/Amstel Station/Van Der Maedeweg, take the red Metro line 53 until it’s end station at Gaasperplas (13 stops, 22 minutes from Centraal Station).
- There is also a Bus station next to the Metro station at Gaasperplas, with direct busses from Amstelveen and Amsterdam.
- Bicycles are allowed on the Metro, although an additional ticket is necesscary.
The EHDC clubhouse is 1.1Km walk/cycle from the Gaasperplas Metro station:
From the Station follow the bicycle path west, towards the apartment buildings (away from the hotel/planetarium), as the school appears to your right take the left hand path at the crossroads, down towards the lake/tennis courts. Turn right at the end of this and follow the bike path around the lake, you should now be following the lake edge, anticlockwise.
Keep following the lake edge footpath as you pass around the west end of the lake, the Sailing and Canoe clubs are visible, but inaccessible, on your left. As you reach the footpath and cobbled road that goes hard left to the these clubs turn left and follow it for 50 meters. The entrance to the EHDC clubhouse is next to the Sailing club entrance and public slipway on the cobbled road (Langbroekpad).
By Car:
Take the A9 motorway (heading East from the A9/A2 Interchange) Junction 2, Signed ‘S112′, head south (direction Reigersbos) along the Langbroekdreef, go straight ahead at the first traffic lights. Then follow the road for 0.5Km and take the turning to the left (Gaasperplas parking) as the road veers right 50 meters before the first mini-roundabout. Take this sideroad down and to the left, into the carpark. Park here and follow the cobblestone paved ‘Langbroekpad’ towards the Sailing and Dragonboat club compounds. Our club is at the end on the right, just before the sailing club entrance.
